Today is #Walking the Dog Day
How often do you walk your dog? Is it daily? Only on weekends? Gulp.. never? When surveyed, only half of dog parents walk their dog at least once a day and 1/3 confessed to rarely ever walking their dog.

The benefits to walking your dog are huge!
HEALTH – If you walk 3 times a week for ½ hr, you and your dog can improve your mood, reduce blood pressure and lower your weight by 5% and your dogs by 15%!

- IMPROVE MENTAL HEALTH – It’s been proven that a lot of people suffer from Seasonal Affect Disorder in the Winter. Some causes of SAD include getting too much sleep, fatigue, weight gain and lack of interest. A daily morning walk will get you up and out and smiling!
